I grew up by the sea with an extraordinary love for fish - all kind of fish that can be cooked different ways and makes your day fill with memories of summer breeze and smell of the sea. I like experimenting so this dish is a mixture of Asian flavours and served with freshly picked salad leaves and roasted young potato, you can top it up with some dill and spring opinions just the way we made it home.
