Lamb meatballs with whole grain black venus rice and mixed kale salad

These juicy meatballs are full of Middle Eastern Flavours -  one of my signature dishes. Such a great family meal, it is packed with spices that I bring myself from all over the world and I add fresh herbs grown in my small garden.

Ingredients: minced lamb, onion, black venus rice, kale, spring onion (optional), almonds slices*(optional) pomegranate seeds (optional).
