What are my options for the meal subscription?

You can choose between meat or veggie-based. Select your meal size, pay securely online and you’re good to go! You’ll be able to pause, change or cancel your subscription as per below. 

Can I change or cancel my subscription

Yes, you can! You can cancel anytime. There’s no long-term contract.  Any changes to your subscription must be done 5 days before your scheduled delivery.

How does the meal subscription work?

It’s so easy! Pick your meal plan by choosing between meat or veggie-based.. We’ll deliver wherever you are in London. Keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to eat. No extra shopping or cooking needed. Your meal will be ready as soon as you warm it up and dish it out to your loved ones.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we do. Check our menu, change your subscription and track your meal plan on the go. COMING SOON!

Is there nutritional information for every meal?

Yes, we will provide nutritional information along with your meals.

How do you ensure your food is healthy?

All meals are prepared by a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and a team of nutritionists and dietitians.

Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?

Yes, our paper packaging is compostable and biodegradable wherever possible. We continue to strive to a more Eco-friendly package and delivery process.

What do you mean by sustainability and zero waste?

We only use natural, locally-sourced ingredients carefully curated and prepared at a sustainable kitchen. No food waste here! We make sure we use whole plants and animals..

Are your meals organic?

Yes, our meals are 100% organic.

When will I receive my food?

We deliver once a week on Sundays. When you place an order, you will get a delivery notification. The cut-off each week is every Tuesday at midnight. 

How do you deliver my order?

To further extend our sustainability and green practices, we use electric vehicles where possible to deliver within London.
